A sign of anxiety. According to Stinson, she plays with her own hair when she feels anxious.
She says women play with hair this is often in a job interview or when on a date. A well-practiced habit. And she has been known to twirl the ends of her hair for so long and with so much pressure that she has disintegrated her dead ends!
